Brief

The rack type plc splitter is an kind of integrated waveguide optical power distribution device based on quartz substrate, having a small size, a wide range of operating wavelengths, high reliability, good uniformity of the spectroscopy, and is especially suitable for passive optical networks (EPON, In the BPON, GPON, etc.,) in the connection of head end and the terminal equipments to realize the optical signal splitting.

There are two types, 1×N and 2×N. The 1xN and 2xN splitters evenly divide the optical signal into multiple outputs from a single or dual inlet, or work in reverse to combine multiple optical signals into a single or dual fiber.
